The Goal of the Fear of Driving Program
Our mission is to offer a supportive, compassionate, and highly effective approach to help you overcome fear of driving, driving anxiety, and related phobias—so you can feel calm and confident behind the wheel.
In a safe and encouraging environment, you’ll learn powerful techniques rooted in proven methods such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Quantum Thinking Technologies (QTT). These tools have helped people across the U.S. and around the world break free from fear, stop anxiety in its tracks, and regain control of their lives.

I had a crippling driving phobia for 10 years. I taxed and insured my car year after year, but I never used it – even looking at the keys brought on anxiety. I tried lots of different driving instructors but nothing worked. I had almost decided that I was unteachable and would never, ever drive. All that changed when I met Kathleen. After only a few short hours with her I began to feel safe behind the wheel. My fears about all the things that could go wrong were then targeted by Kathleen one by one until I realised that I could now deal with them all.

Three online one-to-one sessions for two hours specifically tailored around your needs.
Sessions are spaced two weeks apart with continued support between them.
Each session will target and remove Fears & Negative Beliefs around Driving.
All sessions are online and one to one lasting for 2 hours. Each sessions deals with getting to the Root Cause of your Fears and Eliminating them for good.
These are ‘talking’ methods that guide you to access profound and lasting behavioural change so that you can achieve the desired outcome in life.
